Shipping Time
Upon successful check out and payment, you will receive information about shipping schedule. Please allow 2-3 days to ship out your orders. In case a particular watch is not available, you are informed about the schedule of shipping.

Shipping Services of EMS,DHL,Hong Kong EMS and registered airmail are available currently, proper method is chosen according to destination. Delivery time is 5~15 business days for EMS, and 15~20 business days for airmail packages. All packages are packed carefully with foam, bubble bags or cardboard boxes to make sure the watches arrive in good condition. For big orders, we have the right to split the orders into several small packages for a more quick shipping. Watches in 1 parcel should not over maximum of 4 pcs.

Please make sure to provide correct shipping address and contact number. We will not be responsible for an undelivered package of this reason. All packages will be claimed as gift and value under $20 to minimize or eliminate any customs fees. However, in seldom occasions that the customs in your country may require taxes and duties, you are subject to the taxes and duties. Customs policies varies from country to country, and please contact customs in your country for detailed information.

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is preset in our ordering system. It is counted according to weight of watches and latest shipping rate released by EMS company and post office. All orders are offered with after-discount shipping cost, which is also preset in our system.

It is easy to estimate the actual shipping cost of your order. Just follow the prompt to check out. You will see total amount including shipping cost before you pay.

Track your orders

Tracking numbers with which you can locate your packages will be emailed to you after shipment.
Please follow the instructions in the email to track your package.

Warranty

The warranty starts to run when you sign for delivery. Service may differ from individual cases.

Eligible Exchange & Refund (must meet all following criteria)

1. Returned within 7 days (not 7 working days) of receipt
2. Item in its original condition, unworn and resalable
3. Return accompanied by a copy of the delivery note including the reason to exchange or refund 
4. 2nd delivery fee (normally $15) may apply in some exchange cases
5. A minimum $15 admin charge may apply in some refund cases

If the above 5 criteria are not met, we regret that we can not offer you any exchange or refund, but will settle on individual cases.

Faulty Item Return Within 90 Days 

1. We will repair or replace the item free of charge
2. We will contact you if the item can not be repaired or replaced and offer you adequate compensation

Faulty Item Return After 90 Days 

1. We will repair or replace the item at minimum costs
2. We will contact you if the item can not be repaired or replaced and offer you certain compensation

Warranty does NOT cover the following 7 circumstances:

1. Ordinary wear and tear
2. Faults that are not related to mechanic features or manufacturing quality standard
3. Damages caused by personal misuse, negligence, excessive force, inappropriate technique
4. Item with its back cover being tampered with
5. Damages caused by external factors: such as scratches, missing stones, dents, nicks, fading/chipping of the material on the product etc.
6. Water damage
7. Parts lost or stolen

We strongly advise you NOT to swim, shower, dive, surf or have any other similar activity with our products.
